The General Meeting of Quickbit eu AB (publ) is the highest decision-making body for the company. At the General Meeting the shareholders can exercise their influence over the company in relation to their ownership.

The powers and duties of the General Meeting are regulated by the Swedish Companies Act and the Articles of Association.
